Vanessa Kerr is an Olympic Weightlifter and the head weightlifting coach at Hills Barbell Club. Hills barbell club is located within Clean Shred the gym owned by Simon Bungate. (He was featured on episode 37 or the podcast). Vanessa is an awesome coach, with some really cool ideas about the art of coaching, technique and the more cerebral side of training.
