On today’s episode my guest is Michael Inskip. Michael is a weightlifter but more importantly he’s an exercise physiologist and is currently doing some really cool research into the affects of strength training on dementia patients. This is a long episode and we cover a whole bunch of topics from how to train as an older adult the importance of strength training balance training and even fitness. This is something I’m super passionate and if what the research that Michael is doing proves true, we may have one of the best anti aging medicines at our fingertips.
