RAW Barbell Club will not be offering any change-of-mind refunds or exchanges on any purchase(s) due to COVID-19. This includes orders which have already been dispatched and left the warehouse.
Prior to purchase, please ensure all orders are reviewed accordingly – including products (and their descriptions), quantities and availability. Upon payment, stock is locked, allocated to the customer and thereafter, orders made irreversible.
If an item is inaccurately described you are entitled to a refund within 7 days of receiving date. Please email [email protected] about the issue with photos.
If your purchase is damaged upon arrival, please send us an email and photos of the damaged box and product to [email protected]. We reserve the right to offer a refund if a replacement is available.
We will not accept returns, refunds or exchanges on any special, custom or altered item.
We will not accept returns, refunds or exchanges on faulty/used goods purchased where the buyer has been made aware.
