For 3 years RAW Barbell has had a team Podium at Shred Fitness’ Strength Wars Event. The event is a mishmash of strength and fitness sports combining Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting, Strongman and CrossFit.
This year our team got redemption by taking home the gold.
